To secure your airport transfer, kindly provide your pick-up details, preferred date and time, number of passengers, and flight number. Ensure to review the maximum passenger capacity and luggage specifications for each vehicle category. Once you've selected your preferred airport transfer option, input your personal information and proceed to payment by clicking 'Pay now'.

Rescheduling your reservation depends on certain conditions, primarily the availability of the contracted service provider to accommodate the new timing. If the provider cannot adjust, Tourplus will assign an alternate driver for your booking. Should a rescheduling request be made less than 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up, additional charges might apply.

Cancellation requests can be initiated by reaching out to Tourplus support. Please provide the following details when canceling:

Booking number
Relevant documents substantiating the cancellation or refund request (flight cancellation notices, medical documentation, etc.)

Kindly note that refunds are not applicable for cancellations made beyond the complimentary cancellation window of 6 hours. For cancellations within this window, a cancellation fee of 2.5% will be incurred.

'Free Waiting Time' refers to the duration during which the driver will wait following your designated pick-up time. No additional charges are levied for delays encountered at immigration, customs, or baggage claim.

In case of delays, it's advisable to proactively contact Tourplus Support (+6012 2175561) or inform the driver to extend the waiting duration. Supplementary charges may be applicable.

Your confirmation voucher will provide comprehensive details about your booking, including vehicle and service specifics. A day prior to your pick-up, our driver will communicate with you to coordinate the waiting location.

For a premium transfer experience at the best value, it's recommended to secure your booking at least 6 hours prior to your trip.

Should the driver not be reachable, please initiate contact and if needed, connect with the Tourplus Support team at +6012 2175561. We'll work to arrange an alternative vehicle for your pick-up. Alternatively, you can arrange your own transportation, and Tourplus will promptly refund your payment without any cancellation fees.
